Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is an imaging method that is used in the diagnostic process. It is based on very strong magnetic fields as well as electromagnetic alternating fields.
The Radiologist decides which methods are used in each individual case, and if necessary, in consultation with referring doctor and the patient.
